Our Delivery & Returns.
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. However we provide a date picker during checkout for you to select the exact delivery date you would like to ensure you are in and to save waiting around. All orders have a tracking number for you to track your order.
Delivery.
For all our delivers we use the courier TPN. Our delivery time is 3-5 working days. A specific day can be selected using our date picker once a product has been added to the cart to ensure it is a convenient day for our pallet courier to deliver to you.
We close for Christmas on the 20th December until the 3rd of January. Our last delivery day is the 20th of December 2024.
All orders are tracked, meaning once your order has been dispatched we will contact you with a tracking number for your order. Please click the link below and enter your tracking number to keep updated on your delivery.

Please note: All our deliveries are full pallets (1.2m x 1.2m x 2.2m) Weight: Max 1000kg. Therefore we encourage customers consider this when ordering as buying bulk efficiently could save delivery cost.
Important delivery information:
Access must not be restricted
Deliveries can not be unloaded on a hill
Raised curbs will stop us being able to deliver your order as our pump trucks can not get past the curb. If you are looking to order from us and this is something that would be an issue please contact us for more details on how to resolve the issue
Our pump truck can not travel on loose surfaces such as gravel or grass.
Returns
Failed Deliveries
Charges will be incurred if you have unsuitable access and the delivery was not able to be carried out. If the delivery can not take place due to the delivery criteria then a minimum of £130 will be incurred. Factors for unsuitable deliveries include the following:

Cancellations & Changes Prior To Dispatch
The customer has the right to cancel any order. However, any cancellation must be made prior to us dispatching your order. If you need to cancel your order then you must do this at least 24 hours before your dispatch date.
All Cancellations can be made by email (info@oasisslateandstone.com) Monday - Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Cancellations or Changes Following Dispatch
If an order is cancelled en route, you will incur a transport charge per pallet. The transport costs will be a minimum of £130.
If an incorrect delivery address is entered at the time of order then there may be additional charges for the re-direction depending on where the delivery zone is.Oasis Slate & Stone do not accept liability for any late deliveries for factors outside of our control, such as traffic delays, weather and vehicle breakdowns.
If there is any issue with your delivery upon arrival please contact us by phone or email before unloading any of the items. Customers may return the goods at their own expense to the aforementioned address within 7 working days from the day following the date of delivery. The cost for returning your order will be £130. The condition of the item(s) must be in the same condition as they were on arrival, however, if this is not the case a refund may not be given.
